My approach to wellness is holistic and by working on underlying emotional obstacles or limitations around your health, eating, or self image, we can create a positive and empowering mindset that makes exercising a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
This is achieved by using the Emotional Freedom Technique commonly called “Tapping” combined with a wholistic exercise routine designed to elevate both your health and wellbeing.
I work one on one with clients from my private studio in beautiful Brunswick Heads.

Fitness
As a dedicated and experienced Personal trainer, I specialise in providing highly personalised sessions tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. My services are designed for those who are wanting to achieve long term success in their journey towards optimal health and overall - wellbeing.
This is achieved through a balanced fitness program incorporating Weight Training, Treadmill Work, Qigong and Tapping.
Tapping
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as "Tapping,"
is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine, psychology, and acupressure.
It involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body
while focusing on specific emotions or issues.
When it comes to fitness, tapping can be a beneficial tool for
addressing emotional and psychological factors that contribute to health and wellbeing.

About Me
My name is Tracey Farrell and I am a Personal Trainer/Wellness enthusiast with a passion for helping others achieve their health and happiness goals. My background includes managing a health retreat, where I developed my skills in creating personalised wellness programs for clients from all walks of life. I have also worked as a Personal Trainer, helping clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
Throughout my career, I have been motivated by a deep curiosity about what makes us truly happy and healthy. My approach to wellness is holistic, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that true health and happiness are achieved through a combination of healthy habits, self-care practices, and a positive mindset.
In my free time, you can find me practicing yoga, swimming in the ocean, eating good food and enjoying everything life has to offer. I am a firm believer in leading by example, and strive to inspire those around me to live their best lives. I’m excited to continue pursuing my passion for wellness and helping others on their own journeys to health and happiness.
